ABOUT THE WATCH

Big, bold, and gold. Those are the only words that come to mind when I describe the 116618LB. This reference was the first all-gold iteration of the new "Super Case" Submariners released in 2010. This model had a larger, more pronounced profile than the outgoing 16618LB, with broader lugs and a beefier folding clasp. This 116618LB enjoyed the recently introduced "Cerachrome" ceramic bezel inserts, which were shiny and accentuated the overall sheen and brilliance of the solid 18k gold Submariner.

CONDITION REPORT

This example of the 116618LB is in excellent condition. There are slight signs of wear on the case and bracelet but nothing worth polishing. The dial and bezel are immaculate, and the bracelet is tight, with little to no stretch between the links. The inner rehaut is engraved beneath the six o'clock marker with the serial number “OJM0XXXX.” During our quality control check, any necessary adjustments are made to ensure the watch is functioning as intended.

This Submariner is presented as a watch and box only, with no card. The price is reflective of this omission.
