Model overview
IWC's Pilot line has produced some timeless classics since it first debuted the range in the late 1990s. A particularly retro treat is the squared-off hour hand from the earliest iterations present on this model. The stainless steel case of the Mark XV measures a very wearable 38mm in diameter and roughly 9mm thick, which makes it a winner for those who appreciate low-profile watches.
IWC’s Pilot model IW3253-01 is water resistant up to 60 meters (197 ft). The round case is paired with a black color dial with stick-shaped hands and Arabic numerals, hour markers, and minute track, covered by a sapphire glass. A solid case back is over the back of the watch case.
