Case has incredibly minor blemishes and/or scratches. The lugs are thick, full, and well-defined with sharp edges throughout. Dial and hands may have extremely negligible imperfections visible upon close, magnified inspection. Lume is fully intact and may show slight discoloration. Watches of this condition class may have never been polished.

Case : The yellow gold case exhibits exceptionally light wear and, in our experts' opinion, appears unpolished. The overall impression is immaculate. The lugs have some wear on them, but are thick and sharp with superb definition between brushed and polished surfaces. The fluted bezel is in exceptional condition with no dings or scratches other than superficial handling swirls. The case back depicts some superficial scratches throughout, with a partially preserved case back sticker. The hallmarks on the caseback near the lugs are all deep and defined, further affirming our suspicion that this specimen has never seen a polishing wheel.

Dial : The dial and polished hands are in excellent condition, with a few microscratches visible under magnification. The Tritium lume across the dial and hands has begun to turn an attractive cream color. The sapphire crystal is clean and scratch-free.

Bracelet/Strap: The 20x16 calfskin strap is in good condition, while the 16mm Rolex pin buckle shows wear consistent with regular use. The crown is detailed and sharp.
